The renowned French classical publishing group Durand-Salabert-Eschig publishes works of, among others, Ravel (including Bolero), Saint-Saëns, Debussy, Fauré, Honegger, Milhaud, Messiaen, Villa-Lobos and Xenakis to Aperghis, Dusapin, Manoury, and Tanguy.

Éditions Durand-Salabert-Eschig stand out as the main French classical music publisher in terms of quality and diversity of patrimonial and contemporary works which compose their collections, that is about 26,000 works, 6,000 of them being still active.

The complementarity of our collections is to be noted by the rapprochement of the works of each of these catalogues now reunited under one banner Durand-Salabert-Eschig. To name only a few composers: Satie, Poulenc, Milhaud, Honegger, Mompou, Turina, Albeniz…

Those collections are made of operatic, symphonic, scenic, chamber music, instrumental and educational works. A wide repertoire of operettas also contributes to the variety of our editorial richness. Not forgetting the “light music” songs that made the glory days of Salabert.

All of this enhanced by a prestigious participation in French musicology matrimony: The Critical Edition of Claude Debussy’s Complete Works (OCCD).

Today we are concerned, whilst comforting the existing catalogue, with enriching it with works by renowned composers such as Pascal Dusapin, Philippe Manoury, Georges Aperghis, Philippe Hersant, Eric Tanguy, Yan Maresz, etc. or with upcoming ones with whom we keep alive strong bonds, such as, among others: Hèctor Parra, Alberto Posadas, Samy Moussa, François Meïmoun, Baptiste Trotignon, Jean-Frédéric Neuberger, etc.

Éditions Durand-Salabert-Eschig show specificities linked with the nature of their catalogue and history:

•    the importance of “graphic” and so of the engraving of our scores made in a masterly fashion by our editorial department;
•    the provision of our works through our successful renting department and an exclusive retailer, MGB Hal Leonard;
•    the deployment of innovating promotional tools allowing a wide circulation of our works put in place by our promotional team;
•    the further use of our works in the media (commercials) and in cinema thanks to the intervention of our synchronization teams.
