"The soldier's tale". Dreamy nights of classical music with a view to the Aegean!

A staged performance of Igor Stravinsky's famous work "The Soldier's tale" takes place in the frame of the Koufonisia Classical Music Festival 2020.

The performance will take place at the public school’s courtyard  with the participation of musicians from the Athens State Orchestra under the music direction of the artistic director of the festival, conductor and pianist Kornilios Michailidis. Staged and directed by, Marilena Katranidou, with the artistic contribution of Michail Marmarinos.

The admission is free with an optional contribution in favour of the Aegean Marine Life Sanctuary

Institutionalized since 2016, the Koufonisia Classical Music Festival takes place in Ano Koufonisi. Apart from the masterpieces of the world classical repertoire, the Festival seeks to connect with the past and the rich cultural history of the region, providing an alternative cultural option and a magical experience of great quality.
